Avoid at all cost
Absolutely useless. Have called landline 5 times with no answer. This on a Monday morning 09:00. Even called the Dealer Principal and and Workshop Manager and none answer. How can a dealership survive with service like this? I will never use this dealership ever again and I am done with Ford for good.
Spare yourself the frustration and avoid this dealership
