Are Ford Menlyn mechanics properly trained to fix vehicles?

I recently bought a Ford Eco Sport 1.5 Diesel. I bought it secondhand but with it's warrantee. I replaced my Suzuki Swift with this Eco Sport as I moved to a farm and needed something higher so I would not get stuck in the mud.

Shortly after I bought the Eco Sport the engine light came on. Needless to say the vehicle was taken back to Ford Menlyn 4 times. Every time they clear the error code via computer and tell me to collect the car. After the 4th time I sent a request to FORD SA for help.

My vehicle has been with Ford Menlyn for more than month now, where I had to pay for the deposit of a hire car while Ford Menlyn is apparently testing the vehicle.

Ford SA has been telling me for more than two weeks now that they will get their engineers on the job. Every time I get a call from Ford SA I get told that the only feedback they can give me is that Ford Menlyn is still testing my vehicle. But when Ford Menlyn phones me I get told that they need fuel money as the mechanic was told to keep driving my car until the light goes off.......

Please tell me how this would be the solution? And why am I paying for a car that is standing in a workshop for more than a month with no proper feedback?

I need answers to what is happening with this vehicle as well as how many km's has Ford Menlyn put onto my vehicle by now?

Ford Menlyn informed me that vehicles aren't made the way they used to......BUT WHY SELL THE DAMN VEHICLE THEN?????
