These ****mers ruined my car

They ruined my car these guys. Took my Ford Ranger for annual service and after the service I realized my Speedometer is stuck at 40 even after the car is switched off. Returned the car only to be quoted R12K for a new cluster. Tell me why I should be paying for a new cluster when my cluster was working fine just before the service? Their answer: Electrical components can die anytime and they refused to fix my cluster. Let not even mention how rude the manager was... I'm now stuck with a non-working cluster and I have no idea what speed I'm driving at.
