Worse case

I made an arrangement with Bayport to pay an amount of 800r every month..Then when i was unable to stick to that arrangement amount,i called in and told the consultants i can pay 350r for now untill im finacially stable. They said to me its fine..

I made cash deposit payments every month. My brother deposited money in my old account by mistake and then bayport took the full 800r after i already made a cash payment of 350r to them. I called them and they adviced me they will refund me. Now that i call again to find out if the refund is processed they tell me im not gonna get the 800r ,i will get the 350r back... Why would they do that coz i did pay my 350r arrangement money. Worse tht 800r is not even mine,its for a person thats on her dying bed.
