Withdraw money out of my account after two years.

I'm so disgusted with Bayport Financial Services....they handed me over to their lawyers and after two years they put a debicheck on my account. There was no communication! No Ptp! No Arrangement. The lawyers contacted me once and I told the lady that I am unemployed and they never called again. I emailed Bayport, I sent a whatsapp but no one gets back to me. They deducted my full salary! How can you deduct money if you handed me over to the lawyers? I'm supposed to make an arrangement and pay the laywer!!
