Very very bad customer service centre
Customer service agents are extremely not helpful and full of bad attitude, I cannot believe that type of a behaviour, guys out of everything you do never have business with Bayport it sucks to core noooooo!!!

08 Dec 2025, 12:14And she really did call me to tell that I have an attitude for telling her that I have long asked for my statements to be emailed to me monthly and it does not happen, I even accepted that I have to call them whenever I need my statements. Only now I understand why is their contact centre not having friendly agents because even their seniors are like them
