Very disappointed in the service

I app**** for a loan with Bayport, they confirmed everything, I got an email with the contract, confirming the loan was approved, I had to wait an hour to speak to an consultant to verify the agreement and then it was all set and the payment would be done. All they did was just mess up my credit scoring and i never received any loan. To discover after I had to phone them, the loan is declined because my employer is not on their database. Upon asking the lady whom should I speak to to confirm or get a letter from my employer I was told she does not know. I must phone client services. I am so not happy with the service, getting your hopes up, sharing your info and only to be told after everything sorry ITS A NO GO!!!!
