Very angry and disappointed

Good evening I would like to voice my disappointment and dejection against Bayport. I have been a victim of ***** which involves them. It seems to me Bayport works with ********** to de***** innocent and helpless people. After I complained a number of times, they promised to sort my problem out within a week or two but they don't seem to adhere to their promises. Since last year they have been promising to finalize my case but I am still in the mend even this year. I can't do anything with my ID.

I would like to know what kind of a company is this? What exactly do they want me to do? It looks like they want me to take legal actionS against them. These guys are so pathetic!!!

Please advise!!! Whereto from now?
