Urgent respons required-Bellville branch

I app**** for a loan in Dec 2018.Was called and told that I qualified soon after,but since that call nobody responds to my mails...tried calling the Bellville offices,but the number doesn't exist.Head Office told me that Bellville branch is handling my application.Can someone...ANYONE...please get back to me?
