Urgent assistance required from Bayport

I am currently in a very difficult financial position and have approached Bayport for assistance with settling my outstanding debts.

Bayport has already received all the documentation relating to my financial situation and my other debts. I have been completely transparent and have provided the information requested because I am genuinely trying to resolve my financial commitments responsibly.

My matter has been escalated, and I was informed that further feedback is currently being awaited. I appreciate that my situation is being considered, but I am extremely concerned because the matter has now become urgent.

A settlement letter has been requested by one of my creditors, and I am worried that this may result in the creditor proceeding with deductions that could leave me in an even more difficult financial position.

I am therefore urgently asking Bayport to please reconsider my circumstances and assist me with a possible settlement. I am in a position now if this creditor decides to deduct i will loose the home i am currently living in. The situation has become very urgent.

I am not trying to avoid my debts or financial responsibilities. I am trying to find a sustainable way to manage and settle my debts before the situation becomes worse. I have reached a point where I genuinely need assistance, and I am respectfully asking Bayport to please consider the full circumstances reflected in the documentation already provided.

I would really appreciate it if Bayport could treat this matter as urgent and provide me with clear feedback on whether there is any assistance available.

I sincerely hope Bayport will consider my situation and help me find a way forward. At this stage, their assistance would make a significant difference to my financial situation. I will definitely change review when answer and assistance has been given.
