Unfair negative listing

I am very unhappy the way Bayport is doing things. I have a payroll loan by them as they have an agreement with the company i work for. My first instalment was suppose to go of on 25.10.2020 and was never deducted on my pay slip. My contract agreement state payroll deduction and not debit order...My account is in arrears now because of that one payment which is not my problem as Bayport have an agreement with the company i work for...I have a negative listing on my name now and want it to be sorted out asap as this was not my problem. I spoke to a lady called Mbali and she was telling me straight that its my problem and i must make a plan. How can she tell me that as if i was the one who reversed a debit order. This is not fair, it needs to be rectified.
