Unfair loan repayment
I really don't understand how they calculate their loans I took a consolidation loan with them 2022 of R249k at 26,75 %interest rate paying a monthly installment of R8613 almost 3 years now but today when I receive my statement is says my outstanding balance is R315 592 is that possible and my last installment will be 2028/01/07 so it means from today till the day of the last installment I will be paying R310 068 after paying R8613 from 2022 it's +-300k totally unfair! People must be careful when taking loans

01 Sept 2025, 12:58I spoke to lady who was so professional and understood my issue she advised me accordingly to apply for installment reduction which I did and sent all the supporting documents now waiting for their response Will write again after their response to give a feedback

02 Sept 2025, 14:46Good day I received an email from one of Bayport team member by the name of Mogale mabogoane this person seems not to understand my issue he just told my they can't help me with reduction because of other short loan even though I explained on the reduction application that because their loans they take a lot of money from my salary as a result the money that am left with I can't afford my leaving expenses I end up seeking short loans as a temporary solution but still suffer what do I do now and how do I stop them from taking from my salary and take from my bank account please assist
