Unfair listing

I was once approached by a Consultant to help me with a Loan, i gave her my i.d copy and Bank statement but the Loan was not approved, three years down the line i opened a savings account with Fnb which i was saving some Money and when i wanted to withdraw i couldn`t access it and i was told that Bayport had my name listed as a *****ster, when i contacted them they told me that i submitted *****ulent documents when i was applying for a Loan, i made an appointment and went to see them at their Head office in Sandton, on that meeting they showed me a different Bank statement under my Name, Fruadulent Payslip under my name and my I.D Copy, they told me thats the reason i am listed as a Fruadster, i asked them they cannot do that without consulting me and also do a proper investigations because i never submitted those documents, i asked them if they did communicate with the Consultant who was handling the application because she might be responsible for that just to get commision if the Loan was approved, they told me they didn`t speak to her and i also asked them why didn`t call or send me an e-mail regarding this matter and they told me they did and the person who did that left the Company, they promised to get back to me with the Proof that i was contacted and the report from the Consultant but even now they never got back to me and when i call or send them e-mails they don`t respond. I also seeked the help from my Lawyers who sent them several e-mails regarding the matter but they din`t even bother to answer any of those e-mails, now my life is stuck i can`t get any Bond approval because of this.
