Unauthorized Credit Checks

I was rejected for asset finance and the reason was that there were too many queries on my credit profile. I was shocked to learn that Bayport has been running credit checks on my profile without my consent. I have been trying to call their number but they either hang up on me or promise to call me back and still hang up on me when I answer.

I need this matter resolved ASAP as it has now affected my good chances of getting credit for this asset.
