Unauthorised stop orders

In 2010 I took out a loan from Bayport of R15 000. I defaulted on payments and I was then garnished. Then I started paying R1046 from September 2013 and I finished paying on July 2016. November 2017 they started deducting AGAIN! Which does not make sense. And I was charged interest every month which meant that the outstanding balance keeps on increasing instead of decreasing. Now they started deducting again the R1046. According to the statements I have I still owe them 14 000, the initial 2010 loan. I need my money back! And now they in Dec they sent me an SMS that they are giving me a discount to pay half of the loan R6 500. I do not want a discount on the loan I want my money back.
