Unauthorised inquiries on credit profile!

Bayport randomly does credit enquiry on my profile. I have no idea who is giving them the authority to do such and this is *****. I've never requested credit from them. I have logged a complaint on their website and the person I have been dealing with (Mahlatse) has essentially refused to investigate the matter - They want me to furnish them with basically all my personal details before they can investigate - this is my full names, ID, home and postal address, ID copy, signature etc I may as well be signing off my life to these ******. Firstly, I would like to see proof of where they got my details and who in the Milky Way gave them authority to go through my credit profile. Secondly, I am not comfortable giving these ****** my personal details and when they were doing these ********** inquiries they never asked for all my tissue samples and DNA. They are mad if they think I will be giving them my whole lineage so that they can go and commit more *****. Andizi!
