Terrible SERVICE !!!!!!!!

<div>I am not happy with the client service and sales department with how they spoke to me on the phone when I asked how come they do not grant loans to Private sector Employees anymore they only assist Government Employees and they just said its due to Covid-19 and that they do not know when it will be open to other sectors which is so inconvenient because the website Pre-approved my application as it allowed me to apply, and the next day I received an sms stating its declined and when I phoned in i was simply told that she will not be able to assist me at all What kind of Service is this and the fact that they assume that everyone in the private sector was not working.</div>
