terrible service
I app**** through an agent. Basic personal information was sent through to have my profile checked. An outstanding amount was picked up on ITC due to my bank however it was paid up and I received a paid up letter. Offer was made and application form was sent which I have completed and returned with supporting documents as requested including the paid up letter on 01/07/2019 only to find out today that it had been declined as I have other obligations that is not on ITC. how does that make sense?
