Struggling to settle account

I took a loan with Bayport which was about R10000 on the process after continoues payment I experience financial difficulties and somebody from Bayport visited me in my office and we have agreed that I will be paying R500 every month. The problem is that they took the documents to HR and which simple mean I was garnish. When I keep on calling them to settle the account I'm not able to go through I went to their offices in Mbombela they could not assist, I have been told to talk to a lady with the name Elouise but everyday when I'm calling her line is busy and I'm leaving massages and she is not calling back.
