Stil waiting for the email!

Im still waiting for the email that was promised yesterday the 13th June 2018. Again, I would like to settle my account asap with the settlement amount I received on the 5th of June. Please note that I intend taking further steps because the longer this account stays open, it earns interest. And what kind of games are you playing here? One minute the account is with PienaarSithole the next minute back to you? Maybe I should check with the NCR or the Ombuds...
