Settlement quote amount not making any sense!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to settle my loan with Bayport from 2022 but everytime I request a settlement quote the amounts on there do not make any sense. The last settlement quote I asked for was on the 31st of July 2023. I first drew a statement, which showed a balance of R46K but the settlement quote has an amount of R49K. No one at Bayport can explain these amounts. Please contact me ASAP with regards to this.
