I app**** for a loan on 28.12.2019. I called in on the 30.12.2019 to follow up and literally all agents I spoke to could not help or were *********** with doing their job. I was ****ed because I literally called in probably more than 10 times and every agent says they will escalate and instead they either put me on hold for long periods or drop the line on me. I spoke to a Team Leader by the name of Collin and his service was definitely as disgusting as the agents. Nonetheless, I eventually got hold of another Team Leader by the name of Kirby Palmer and wow was she amazing. She kept me update, consistently. She was running with my loan every step of the way. Thank you so much Kirby you have been amazing and Kirby definitely deserves a promotion!!
