Rejection

Im an existing client at bayport,one month i opened a loan at bayport and they consolidated all my debts, i paid my first instalment then i had an emergency so bayport gave me another consolidation loan..Now i askes bayport while im having a huge problem, i have to burie my 2 uncles,they both still in mortuary because the family dont have money to pay for funeral and im the only one who they look up to now..i also dont have money,i ask bayport to please help me again,they rejected me request twice,i asked again on email and no one responded to my mail..i even begged them to help me with a new loan,the consultant were so funny with me as if im not paying my acounts..My payment goes of via pay role so theres no way i can jump them..I still hv no way to go as bayport has always been the one to help me.they rejected me like a dog..Worse they advertise loans up to 250000r,..why can't i get that amount..They dont have to classify me as a pioneeefood worker. Im very sad and appart as im stucked with a situation where i dont knw which way..
