Refund from Bayport

I'm soo annoyed by Bayport customer service. I'm under debt review, I overpaid Bayport loan with R10951.15 last year 2020, I have been asking for my refund since last year, then Bayport said to me they can only refund to my debt review councilors, debt councilors have been asking for my refund but Bayport is ignoring me, ignoring debt councilors, we send emails no respond, calling them they hang-up. I wanna pay my debts but I cant because Bayport is keeping my money. I never skipped their payments but now they are doing this to me, their service is very poor.
