Refund

I was contacted in January 2020 by a company called Flexible Finance who is affiliated to Bayport Financial Services as they use the same Company registration number and NCR number, regarding a loan opportunity. I submitted documents and needed to pay for the insurance and legal fees for the loan which i did. I was then asked to pay further fees which i was unable to do. I asked for the loan application to be cancelled and refunded for the fees I payed. I have been struggling for months to get my money refunded, with lots of stories. I then mailed Bayport to ask for assistance and advised that company is using their Company registration number and NCR number. It has been 2 months now and i have received no response from Bayport on the matter. I require a response from Bayport on this matter before i take legal action against Flexible Finance.
