Really Dissapointed

i app**** for a loan on Monday, i was told by the head office that my application is lying in a queue waiting for confirmation of employment they stated that they called my employer to do so, but yet i'm the receptionist and i'm the person that answers all the calls and i did not get a call from them, i even got my Hr department to give me a letter that proves i'm working for the company i attached my contract plus the letter of employment confirmation to an email and sent it to the head office it's Thursday already and i haven't been paid out yet, i made this Loan to pay other debts and i requested Settlement letters and these letters will expire if i don't pay who ever i need to pay, i am a first time customer and i am very upset about the poor services i have been calling Bayport since Monday i have been trying my best to remain calm about this, they have everything what else are they still waiting for they have my signed contract plus a letter of employment confirmation what else are they stillwaiting for??? if i don't get assistance within the next hour....i'm going to cancel this contract and i will never recommend anyone to you these people are taking me for a fool really this is no way to treat A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!
