process my application

i app**** for a loan with bayport off which they deducting from my payslip as we have a contract with them . i then send a request for a cash boost and was asked to send documents all paid up letters and setlement letter that i did submit and was told i do qualify for a loan on monday was asked to send bank statement and they have also send a link to give auth for bank statement and was told that was the only outstanding docs suddenly i receive an email saying they no longer helping metropolitan stuff member s but yet my collugeds application was approved today and we app**** at d same time....i really need this loan can you please finalise my application
