Problem solved

I have been asking them to remove me from their system a few times and it was not done. I've been contacted by them a lot of times, but I'm not the person they were looking for. After telling them this, I've still been contacted a few more times. I even called switchboard to help me, to no avail. After I wrote a review on this platform, they emailed me and it was done immediately. I am happy with the service I got after the complaint was logged. Marumo's service was efficient and I am satisfied with the way it was handled. Thank you for your service. The manner it was handled gets my approval 100%.

For the company, next time, don't let someone ask, ask and ask before nothing happens and all they can do is write a review.
