Poor service

Sent in a request on Monday already for assistance.

They respond on Wednesday for requirements- send them through immediately.

No response up until now- the ticket is shown as low priority, my request is very urgent.

I called in and the customer service line is answered but no one talking. Just noises and music in the background.
