Poor service

Bayport gave me a consolidation loan and paid all my accoui up,ive requested proof of payment from the as one of the creditors cant see the account payment on their statement,so they want proof of payment.ive asked it 3 times from bayport .A lady wth the surname Govender send me a letter as proof of payment for the one account and the other accounts proof of payment are correct which shows all details as a statement..She cant provide me wth same form of proof for the requested account,why this account can't have the same proof as other once,the letter is not a proof of payment.Servipix can't see the payment on their side .It seems like this account was never paid but its part of my contract,why cant i get same form of proof for this account..why she is ignoring my mails and sherifs been on my case since no payment can be seen.I have a court order because of that account,i cant get the proof of payment from her.Im battling to get it from her as shes ignore me .
