Poor Service

Can I just say how much of a nightmare dealing with Bayport has become I app**** for a loan for an entire 2 weeks nobody calls you to inform u of the progress on the loan when u call u get told no your offer went back to confirm offer no your loan is worth final assessment yet an agent called you to confirm t &.c you have the loan agreement emailed to u it's just bad service all round my initial loan was seamless in 3 days everything was done and dusted with my follow up loan is just bad service throughout to my surprise this is a payroll deduction don't know why they make it so difficult and unpleasant customer experience
