Poor Poor Poor Customer service.

I agree with all the other comments that people has send, they called me for a loan we did the application everything was approved, then I had to send my documents of which I did they asked for another statement I've send it to them, there's this Nonhlanhla Modepo from the admin department or something that I have requested to call me back it's been 2 days now, these people are very unprofessional like really everyone says they will call you back but no one does, this is just poor poor service if there was a -5 rating that's what I would give them.
