Payment problems

Good day . Bayport phone me evrey morning at 7h45 am to find out when will do a payment i have been in contact with them to say that i can not pay them if i had the money i will pay with no problem but i am uneployed so whare must i get the money from to pay Bayport . The staff is extremeley rude and does not have any personal skills i am fed up with this now i phoned them i emailed them i spoke to a manager etc with no result it is just going on and on ... i know i need to pay so please stop harrasing me ......
