Payment Holiday - Covid Assistance

Good Day I would like to confirm when I can get feedback on this request/s . I have been trying to get some assistance for about 3 to 4 months now, we are heading into the end of August and to date I have still not received a response from your “ Credit Life” department not have I received any form of communication as to the status of the assessment. This just proves again the service received is appalling , no feedback initiated , no telephone call to explain the situation not even a text to say that the application Is with “credit life” , I’m continuously forced to keep on mailing as I’m being transferred from one department to another. Can you confirm what your turnaround time is of your CREDIT LIFE department surely it can’t be a month and when i can expect feedback on this issue?
