Outstanding balance after Garnishee order

<p>I took out a loan with Bayport in December 2012 for the amount of R10 083. I started experiencing financial difficults and as a result could not afford the repayments anymore. Bayport garnisheed my salary and an amount of R300 was deducted for the last 36 months which amounts to R10800.The total collactable amount that was supposed to be loaded by payroll was R14551.85 but they only deducted the R10800. When I requested a statement from Bayport today it showed that the outstanding amount on the account as at 05 May 2017 is R11988.Please explain because there is no way that is even possible after I paid R10800 already.</p>
