Not happy after good relationship online

I'm very disappointed @ Bayport for sending me an sms telling me I'm in arrears, my contract with u is that I get paid last Friday of each month and coincidentally the 31 July was the last Friday I even paid during lockdown when my I was severely affected pls rectify with a call ***
