Not Happy

I made an application on line and i got a offer, i was requested to send through my additional documents. which i did. few days later i called to find out where we are with the process they said they still working on it. a week later an sms was sent requested i login so Bayport can get my bank statement online. till to day i havent recived any commuication. I decided to call now to find out what happened. i was told that Bayport doesnt loan people who work in the private sector. My question was why did Bayport allow me to go through all that process knowing very well that they wont even look at my application. going as far as giving me a offer? the lady at call centre couldnt even answer me and hanged one me
