No settlement letter
Bayport used to calm me 20 times a day to offer me a settlement discount. 5weeks ago I took the discount and I paid it in full. I emailed the proof of payment to Nokuthula Luvuno who has ignored me ever since. I have been calling, sending emails to request a settlement letter so the ITC status can be updated. No one replies to anything I’m just ignored like a fool.
