NO HELP DUE TO COVID

So today I did a application online and my credit rating is okay. Its 611.. I got a text message saying that my application was declined because they are not helping private companies during the time of covid-19. Only when its stage 1. REALLY I WORK EVERYDAY AND YOU ARE HELPING GOVERNMENT WORKERS THAT WORKS TWICE A WEEK. I feel like I wasted 15 minutes of my life doing that application.
