no help calling and dont even think pay anymore, cause cant see my payments

<p>Done payment every month. Gave my reference number. According to them they i havent paid my account. But im using the same reference nr they gave me. But when im speaking to them, they told me reference number is incorrect. Cant even send me a fax numer to fax my proof of payment, but can send urgernt payment require sms alot.</p>
