No feedback from Bayport EVER!!

Bayport is by far the most pathetic company I've dealt with. I've email their customer service department 3 times this week and I don't get a response. Eventually I had to use the WhatsApp line and pretend that I wanted a loan just so that someone could call me back. Apparently there is a lady named Yolandi that I need to speak to but she doesn't take calls, reply to emails and apparently she also doesn't do call backs.
