NO CALLBACK AS PROMISED !!!!!!!!!!

SO i wrote a review on this company about a few days ago and someone called me, the woman I spoke to mentioned to me that the initial R400 plan that I setup was only for 6 months to which i mentioned to her that this was not told to me, she then said she was going to check the account and could not see where or who told me that this plan is only for 6 months. She then asked me to provide her with the number who contacted me on Tuesday 19/09/2023. I advised her that I was at work and that I would send her the number via email to which I did on the same day. I have yet to receive any callback to confirm what is happening. Also she could not even see who called me on the 19/09/2023 to say I need to change my installment plan.

Disgraceful really
