Need to update their systems

Was contacted by the Germiston office and told I have been approved with an amount, which I decided to take. After sending my documents through they said that there is a problem as cannot link with Tyme Bank which I find very strange as all 4 the big SA banks can run debit orders through them. Just wondering why they cannot?
