Must be a joke

So after being retrenched about three years and going through all the effort to get retrenchment letters from the company to supply bayport with, which they had requested to put my account on hold or cancel everything, I get a call to say I owe them some ridiculous amount of money three years later, all that was said when handing the letter in was that it would be sorted and someone would contact me confirm every, well guess what I finally got that call three years later wanting money. And on top of it they want to know when they can phone to find out how much I will be paying. I will never recommend anyone to this company again.
