<div> I was made a pre-qualified loan offer and requested to send documents to finalize the application. After documents were submitted I immediately received an SMS saying the loan was declined before even going through any of the verification stages. Surly once documents have been submitted they should at least take a while to verify documents and you should be contacted by a consultant? This is very suspicious is it not? Once they have all your documents and personal information they decline? I am really unsatisfied with their service.
