Loan repayment arrangements

Good day My name is Lebogang Petersen ID *** I have a problem with Bayport financial services I took a loan in 2020 and I was on a fixed term contract of five years from 2018 , I started experiencing financial difficulties and later my contract was then terminated and it was difficult for me because am a bread winner taking care of my unemployment mother and two sisters with their two kids and my own two kids so I was unable to make payment as per the agreement which resulted in the loan accumulating interest from the initial loan amount of R248 000 to now including interest to R375 000 which will continue to accumulate I will end up owing a million rand , I requested Bayport to restructure my loan increase the loan term so that they can remove the interest and I can only be able to pay 3000 per month until I finish the loan , Bayport indicated that they won’t be able to assist me at all so what must I do honestly this is causing a lot of stress for me and driving me crazy I unable to buy a home for my kids , not buy a car or take a loan anywhere am asking nicely from Bayport for them to assist me in this regard hope my request will be considered.
