Loan Dispute

I am currently handed over to Debt collectors by Bayport Financial Services, for a loan i had never signed or given them the authority to debit my bank account.

I kept on reversing their debit order's not aware that , i had a loan with them till thus day. I went to one of their offices to find out about this loan, i apparently took with them, to my surprise, they had all my correct documents, starting from the id copy, bank statement, proof of address and my payslip, this happened in 2014. I requested for the copy of my contract as i had no recollection of signing any contract with them, however the contract was not signed and the debit order authority form had no signature as well, yet they were debiting my account. I asked the Branch Manager who and where was this contract opened at, i was told at Benoni, however the person the person no longer works for them. i am really frustrated by the run around i have been given by them, no one seems to be willing to help me with this matter, all i am told, i need to go to Benoni Police Station and make an affidavit, i dont even know where Benoni, i told them , i am willing to pay back the money which was deposited into my account in installments with no interest, however none of them wants to take responsibility on their side, this is my last resort with them, as i will take the matter to Ombudsman if they do not assist from here now on.
