Judgment against my name for the loan I didn't take

I did make Bayport aware that I was sharing same names but not same identity number with one of the relatives, I was not aware that she has been using my identity number for her own benefits, until she passed away this year, then I was the one who was declared dead, when I do the digging about my identity number there were several loans, etc against me that I don't know, I send the confirmation letter that I got from home Affairs to Bayport including the police case number still Bayport keeps on phoning me while I am still waiting for their forensic department to contact me and they didn't, how can I pay for the loan I didnt do, judgement against my name what will I do about it.
