IS THE SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT EVEN REAL????????

I had thought Bayport Financial Services has done grace and good service with the settlement discount offered, little did I know they still attempting do deduct after settling the loan.

I attempted several calls and no one answers for about 15 minutes till your airtime get depleted. Whatsapp contact chats are just only useless (its turn around times is like forever) for sales. Sales representative cannot even transfer calls to the relevant department. Meanwhile, money is been deducted from your account.

I am between a rock and a hard place with Bayport services.
