I was assisted back to back

I was assisted back to back. Specifically by branch consultant. His name is Sihle. He never gave up on our application, there was a 2-3 months delay due to letters that were delaying from other companies. But Sihle kept on motivating me to have hope. He promised to make sure my application will be a success and it was in the end. I also had an issue of network in my workplace. I was getting calls from Bayport during busy times. But when I tell Sihle that Bayports call cut off or missed, he would escalate my submission and ensure that I get someone to help me with my application. I really appreciate the consistent help from Sihle. Also Florence was certainly helpful and patient. I appreciate both consultants
